You could start a new game and *edit* your save file. I don't see the draw though. Getting all the weapons, armors, and champion abilities take almost no time. Master Trials DLC pack and have access to master mode that does give you a second seperate save file you can start a new game in each account. Though that second save file will in master mode so keep that in mind.
