After the job is printed the message stays on the screen and the hour glass still flashing. You can still print but the … WebAug 16, 2024 · After I have extended the bottom tray for printing 11x17 paper, completed the print job, I remove the paper, set the all tabs back to legal size paper, put legal size paper in (or letter size - it doesn't matter) and the tray will not close. It catches about 3" away from closing. I hear it click/click but it won't go any further.
